2019 OnStage – Vancouver, BC

2019 OnStage – Vancouver, BC

I was privileged to attend the recent OnStage Stampin’ Up! event in Vancouver, BC!  We enjoyed (?) an early morning flight on Friday morning and were pleased to find that the hotel had our room ready when we arrived at 8:30 AM!  After checking in, we walked to the Convention Centre to make sure we knew where we would be attending the Centre Stage Celebration on Friday evening and the OnStage Events on Saturday.  The sun was shining and the temperature was about 10C so we enjoyed being outside.  After we met up with the others, we loaded into 2 taxi cabs and went to Granville Island!  We walked, we talked, we ate, we shopped, and continued to enjoy the sunshine!!  That proved that is doesn’t ALWAYS rain in Vancouver!!

During Friday evening, we were treated royally at Centre Stage!  All demonstrators who have attained the level of Silver Elite and above were invited to attend this special event.  We enjoyed a delicious meal, received gifts and information from Stampin’ Up! head office and, of course, we had time to reconnect with “old” friends and make “new” friends!

Having the new 2019 – 2020 catalogue given to us before we left for the evening!!  Of course, we wouldn’t be going to sleep early because we HAD to see what was inside the catalogue!!

After a short night, we were on our way to the convention centre again! We swapped cards, visited other demonstrators who were anxious to pick up their registration bags that included a stamp set, note pad & pens, file folders, and a letter describing the recognition to be received.  I was excited to be honored for $100,000.00 in sales!  In the afternoon, my name was announced and I got to walk across the stage with others in that category as well as those reaching higher sales thresholds.  I certainly couldn’t have done this without the support of my family, my customers, my friend (& upline) Karen Duke, and the demonstrator friends I’ve made over the past 12 years!

We got to stamp, win prize patrol gifts, and enjoy presentations of new products on stage. Of course, the Stampin Up! staff continued to share “what’s happening” in the future!
