More SAB Items For March!

Here are the new items added for the last month of Sale-A-Bration!  Visit my store and let me know what you think of this amazing deal!  Some of these items are currently in the 2018-2019 Annual Catalogue but, to get them as a FREE Sale-A-Bration item, you must use the unique item number shown in the flyer below!

Hello Cupcake

Hello Cupcake

Hello Cupcake is a cute birthday stamp set you can get for FREE during Sale-A-Bration 2019 – see page 6!  You can make cupcakes with sprinkles, many icing layers and even a few hearts!  For these samples, I’ve matched the icing colours to the Gingham Gala DSP that’s available on page 35 of the 2019 Occasions Catalogue.  Instead of sprinkle, I stamped stars and added some Rhinestone Basic Jewels – they look pretty yummy to me!!

Hello Cupcake - group of 5

Instructions:

I think the pictures show how the card is put together but I will share a few tips with you as well.

  1. Don’t let the curly tail on the left-hand side of the cupcake paper deceive you – I think it’s supposed to be a shadow.  When stamping, I ignored the “tail” and stamped the cupcake paper in the center of the whisper white cardstock that was cut out with the Rectangle Framelits.
  2. Use a different colour for the “cake” layer – my cake here is chocolate!
  3. Use the Stamparatus when you can – I mounted the greeting and the cake on the same plate so they could be inked with Early Espresso Classic Ink, the cupcake paper (inked with Crumb Cake Classic Ink) on the other side of the plate and the icing on another plate.

These are the products used to make the cards:
