Tools for Birthday Greetings!
This masculine card was easy to create when I had the Build It Framelits! The Silver Foil and the Hexagon Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder provide the right amount of “glitz”! To see how I made this card and some tips I’ve shared, check out my video here.
The card base is Basic Black Cardstock cut at 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2” and folded in 1/2 to create standard card size of 5-1/2″ x 4-1/4″.
Cut Delightful Dijon Cardstock at 5-1/4″ x 4″, stamp the “Happy Birthday” greeting from That’s the Tag Stamp Set with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and cut it out with a framelit from the Build It Framelits. This step will save cardstock because the cut out will not be seen! Attach to the card base with Snail Adhesive.
Use Snail Adhesive to attach selected piece of DSP cut at 5″ x 3-3/4″.
Use the Hexagons Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and the Big Shot to create the design on Silver Foil cut at 5″ x 2″. Use Fast Fuse Adhesive to attach it to the left side over the DSP.
Use the Build It Framelits, the Big Shot, and the Big Shot Magnetic Platform to cut out the tools from the Silver Foil and the Basic Black Cardstock. Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue to complete the tools. Attach to the front of the card with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to attach the greeting to the front of the card.
You will find the current Hostess Code listed on the right hand side of this page. Please use this code on all orders under $200.00.
If your order is over $200.00, before S&H and GST, please DO NOT use a hostess code as you will qualify for Stampin’ Rewards and be able to pick FREE products!
