2020 – 2022 In Color DSP Makes a Great Tower Card

The first time you see a “Tower Card” I’m sure you’ll probably think “that’s difficult”!! I’m here to tell you that it really isn’t very difficult. Once you’ve made the score lines and the cuts, you simply need to crease the folds in the right direction! Do you want to give it a try?

Let’s get started…

For this card, I picked Gray Granite Cardstock and paired it with the Magenta Madness from 2020 – 2022 In Color Designer Series Paper (DSP)! Don’t they look amazing together?

These are the products I used:

Stamps: – Colors & Contour (#154994); Ink – Magenta Madness Classic (#153117); Gray Granite Classic (#147118);

Paper, including cutting instructions:
Gray Granite Cardstock (#146983) cut 1 @ 8-1/4 x 5-1/2″ – with 8-1/4″ side at the top, score @ 1″, 2″, 3″, 5-1/4″, 6-1/4″, 7-1/4″ – with 5-1/2″ side at the top of the Paper Trimmer, cut @ 1″ & 2″ between the 1st & 3rd score lines – turn cardstock 180 degrees, cut @ 1″ & 2″ between 1st & 3rd score lines;
2020 – 2022 In Color DSP (#155230) – (2 @ 5-1/2″ x 3/4″) – (2 @ 4-1/4″ x 3/4″) – (1 @ 4-1/4″ x 1-1/4″);
Basic White Cardstock (#159276) – (1 @ 3-1/4″ x 2-1/2″ – decorate as desired for the front) – (1 @ 5-1/4″ x 2″ – decorate for the back if desired);

Accessories: 2020 – 2022 In Color Square Gems (#155572)

  • Instructions:

Now you can see where to attach the DSP that you have cut…

Attach the DSP strips – see where they fit by leaving a small border around!
  • Stamp greeting & flower on Basic White piece for the front and the back – attach with adhesive.
  • Embellish with In Color Square Gems
