Tropical Oasis DSP Greetings

Tropical Oasis DSP Greetings

The Tropical Oasis DSP that appears in the 2020 Mini Catalogue is just what we need at this time to brighten our days!  By selecting cardstock that coordinates with the colours in the Designer Series Paper, the card comes together easily.  For this card, I also used 2 of the coordinating colours for the greeting from the Layered With Kindness stamp set.

SAB 2020 – Happy Birthday to You with Dies

SAB 2020 – Happy Birthday to You with Dies

The dies that coordinate with the Happy Birthday To You stamp set were so popular, they were sold out before the end of Sale-A-Bration!  I had the foresight to purchase it before it disappeared from the inventory so I’m able to share it with you on this card and on this one!  Both of these cards use the same design but they certainly look different when different colours are used!  Once more, the Stampin’ Blends colours and the ribbon match the cardstock perfectly resulting in an gorgeous card that anyone would love to receive!

SAB 2020 – Happy Birthday to You with Birthday Dies

SAB 2020 – Happy Birthday to You with Birthday Dies

This is a sample used for a recent Monthly Card Club class.  You’ll notice that it doesn’t have a sentiment because I think it could be for a birthday, an anniversary, a wedding, an engagement or maybe thinking of you!  The inside is blank so you can write the appropriate greeting when you decide it’s occasion. The title of this post uses the name of the stamp set.

Welcome Little One

Welcome Little One

We recently had an addition to our family – my niece and her husband, who live in Chicago, became parents to a sweet baby boy!!  I really miss the fact that we live so far away that I can’t meet him soon and get some sweet baby snuggles!!  I just knew I had to make a special card to send to commemorate our happy family addition!!  Of course, this one is made in “boy colours” (blue) but I know it would be just as special if it was made in “girl colours” (pink) – maybe I’ll make one like that next time.
