The Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine is an awesome tool!  It can be used with dies or embossing folders to easily cut shapes and add texture to your projects.

Shadowed Eiffel Tower

For this encouraging card, I used the detailed Parisian Die and the Big Shot to create a shadowed Eiffel Tower. The silver writing in the Parisian Blossoms Specialty Designer Series Paper coordinates perfectly with Silver Foil Sheets. The Parisian Flourish Embossing Folder used with the Big Shot creates a gorgeous design to add to this card.

Eiffel Tower Amour Card

How would you like to have this Eiffel Tower Amour Card sitting on your desk? All the elements from the Parisian Beauty Suite in the January to June 2020 Mini Catalogue are beautiful compliments to each other! In this card, you can see Parisian Blossoms Specialty DSP (Designer Series Paper) and die cuts using the Parisian Dies with the Big Shot.

We used Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets (retired) on the back of the “swirl” before cutting with the Big Shot and the dies. By doing this, we eliminated the need for applying liquid glue to these thin, delicate pieces because the sheets have double-sided adhesive and cover the entire image!

Geared Up to Celebrate

When it comes to young people, they seem to always be Geared Up to Celebrate! With that in mind, I’ve created this card without too many layers. The stamp does most of the work and, of course, the dies do the cutting. I did do some colouring and it was all set to go!

It’s an easy card to duplicate so, if your birthday card list is long like mine is, you can make a dozen or two quickly and you’ll be ready to mail them when the birthdays arrive!
