White on White Arrange A Wreath Card

White on White Arrange A Wreath

I’m always amazed at how beautiful Monochromatic cards are! I’m sure you’ll agree when you see this White on White Arrange a Wreath Card!

My card base is Whisper White card stock cut at 8.5″ x 5.5″, scored at 4.25″, folded on the scoreline & burnished with the Bone Folder.

For the embossed layer, I chose Thick Whisper White card stock cut at 5.25″ x 4″, embossed with the Pinewood Planks Embossing Folder and the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. By using the thick card stock, the design stands out more than if I would have used the regular thickness.

Using Multipurpose Liquid Glue to attach all embossed layers ensures that the adhesive will get into all the grooves created by embossing and help the layer stay where you want it so that is why I used Liquid Glue to attach the embossed layer to the card base.

I had another piece of Whisper White card stock to use with the Wreath Builder Dies with the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine cutting out 1 of each of the wreath designs. Next, I intertwined the 2 wreaths together until I was pleased with how they looked, turned the joined wreath over, applied Multipurpose Liquid Glue as needed, and attached over the Pinewood Planks layer!

Using Real Red Classic Ink to stamp the greeting on a scrap of Whisper White Card Stock ensures that it will match the Red Foil Bow cut with the Wreath Builder Die and the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine, as well as the Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels, used to make “Holly Berries” on the wreaths.

The greeting was punched out with the Story Label Punch or any suitable punch. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to attach the greeting where desired. I found that the bow was best attached with a Mini Glue Dot.
